[摘要]目的:探讨实施互联网+医护患一体化模式在整形美容日间手术患者中的应用及效果评价。方法:采用便利抽样法选
取笔者医院2019年2月-2020年1月日间手术患者2 800例,按手术时间的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各1 400例。对照组采用
传统的口述讲解模式,观察组实施互联网+医护患一体化模式。两组患者分别从手术安全事件、等待手术时间及手术临时取
消率、患者焦虑情绪、医护患满意度四个方面比较。结果:观察组患者干预后身份识别错误、低血糖、跌倒坠床发生率均低
于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者等待手术时间、手术临时取消率及焦虑情绪评分明显低于对照组,
差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护患双方满意度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:实
施互联网+医护患一体化模式,可优化医护患联合治疗模式,减少护理差错,降低患者焦虑情绪、等待手术时间及手术临时
取消率,提高医护患双方满度意,方法简单易行,值得推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the application and effect evaluation of the internet combined with integrated model
of medical care and patient in plastic surgery patients during daytime surgery. Methods From February 2019 to January
2020, 2 800 patients had daytime plastic surgical procedures were selected by convenience sampling, and then divided into
the control group (1 400 cases) and the observation group (1 400 cases) based on sequence of the surgery. The control group
followed the triditional “in-person interpretation” mode, while the observation group followed the “the internet combined with
integrated model of medical care and patient” method. The two groups of patients were compared in the following aspects: the
safety of the surgery, waiting time and cancellation rate, anxiety of the patients, and satisfaction of the patients. Results After
intervention, the incidence of identity recognition error, hypoglycemia and falling out of bed in the observation group were lower
than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The waiting time, temporary cancellation
rate and anxiety score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of
both doctors and patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion
The internet combined with integrated model of medical care and patient method could reduce the nursing errors, improve
the anxiety of patients,shorten the waiting time for surgery and reduce the cancellation rate.The overall satisfaction on both
medical staff and patients sides could be improved. The method was easy to apply and worth promotion.
