[摘要]近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,寻求正畸治疗的成年患者日益增多。如何加速正畸牙齿移动,缩短正畸疗程,
成为正畸医生和患者关注的焦点。加速牙齿移动的方法有物理疗法、药物疗法和外科手术方法等,其中牙槽骨微穿孔术
(MOP)创伤小、操作简便,成为国内外学者的研究热点,大多数研究表明它能有效加速牙齿移动,缩短正畸疗程,从而减
少与正畸相关的牙体、牙周组织疾病的发生。本文主要从牙槽骨微穿孔术(MOP)辅助正畸牙移动的历史起源及发展、加速
正畸牙移动的生物学机制、临床进展及临床应用进行综述。

Abstract: In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards, the number of adult patients seeking orthodontic
treatment is increasing. How to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement and shorten the course of orthodontic treatment has
become the focus of orthodontists and patients.The methods of accelerating tooth movement include physiotherapy, drug
therapy and surgery,among which Micro-osteoperforation (MOP) has become the research focus of scholars at home and abroad
because of its less trauma and easy operation. Most studies have shown that it can effectively accelerate tooth movement and
shorten the course of orthodontic treatment,so as to reduce the occurrence of orthodontic-related dental and periodontal diseases.
This article mainly reviews the historical origin and development of (MOP)-assisted orthodontic tooth movement,the biological
mechanism of accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, clinical progress and clinical application.
