摘要:: [摘要]目的：探究分析保乳手术（Breast-conserving surgery，BCS）联合辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的安全性及对乳房美容效果
的影响。方法：选择2017年2月-2019年2月于笔者医院接受治疗的124例乳腺癌患者，并采用随机数字表法分为两组。其中
对照组62例采用乳腺癌改良根治术治疗，观察组62例采用BCS联合辅助化疗治疗。治疗后对比两组治疗效果与乳房美容效
果、生活质量以及并发症与复发情况。结果：观察组治疗后乳房美容优良率为96.77%显著高于对照组的75.81%，差异有统
计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后生理状况、心理状况、功能状况、家庭/社会状况、附加条目以及生活质量总评分均显
著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为3.23%显著低于对照组的12.90%，差异有统
计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组局部复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：BCS联合辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌安全性较
高，乳房美容效果显著，可有效控制并发症的发生，改善患者生活质量，疗效确切，值得临床推广采用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore and analyze the safety analysis of breast-conserving surgery combined with adjuvant
chemotherapy for breast cancer and its influence on the cosmetic effect of breast. Methods 124 cases of breast cancer patients
treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table
method. Among them, 62 patients in the control group were treated with modified radical mastectomy, and 62 patients in the
observation group were treated with BCS combined with adjuvant chemotherapy. After treatment, the treatment effect, cosmetic
effect, quality of life, complications and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and
good rate of breast beauty in the observation group was 96.77% significantly higher than that in the control group(75.81%),
the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Postoperative physiological status, psychological status, functional status,
family/social status, additional items and total quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than
those of the control group(P ＜0.05). The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 3.23%, which was
significantly lower than that of the control group(12.90%, P ＜0.05). There was no statistical difference in local recurrence rate
between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion BCS combined with adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer
has a higher safety, significant cosmetic effect, can effectively control the occurrence of complications, improve the quality of
life of patients, the curative effect is exact, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
