[摘要]黄芩素是中药黄芩黄酮类中最主要的活性成分,其药理作用广泛,具有清除自由基、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等药理作
用,而这些作用均与衰老的发生密切相关。本文基于现代衰老学说,通过查阅CNKI和PubMed平台上的相关文献,就黄芩素对
神经退行性疾病、心血管疾病及恶性肿瘤等的作用机制进行了系统综述,为黄芩素的进一步开发和临床应用奠定基础。
Abstract:
Abstract: Baicalein is the most important active component of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Scutellaria baicalensis flavone.
It has a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as scavenging ROS, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-tumor, and
these effects are closely related to the occurrence of aging. Based on the modern theory of aging, we reviewed the studys of
Baicalein’s mechanism of action in neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, tumors, etc. with consulting relevant
documents on CNKI and PubMed websites. We aim to provide a basis for the further development and clinical application of
baicalein.
