[摘要]目的：分析双层与单层连续缝合对剖宫产术后瘢痕憩室容积和肌层厚度的影响。方法：回顾性收集2018年1月-2019年
2月在笔者医院妇产科行剖宫产的171例产妇的临床资料，根据术后切口缝合方式将产妇分为双层缝合组（n =86）和单层缝合
组（n =85），双层缝合组术后采用双层连续缝合，单层缝合组采用单层连续缝合，术后均随访1年。比较两组一般资料和手
术指标；比较两组术后1年瘢痕憩室形成率、切口愈合不良率、月经不调和瘢痕憩室相关情况。结果：术后1年，双层缝合组
瘢痕憩室形成率、切口愈合不良率分别为17.44%、3.49%，均显著低于单层缝合组（28.24%、14.12%），差异有统计学意义
（P＜0.05）。术后1年，双层缝合组残余肌层厚度、总肌层厚度高于单层缝合组，瘢痕憩室容积显著低于单层缝合组，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：双层连续缝合更能有效促进产妇切口愈合，提高肌层厚度，降低瘢痕憩室形成，同时减
小瘢痕憩室面积，其美观效果更好。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of double and single layer continuous suture on scar diverticulum volume and
muscle layer thickness in patients after cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 171 parturients who underwent
cesarean section in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital between January 2018 and February 2019 were
collected retrospectively. According to the suture method of incision after operation, the patients were divided into the double
suture group (n =86) and the single suture group (n =85). The double suture group adopted double-layer continuous suture after
operation and the single suture group adopted single-layer continuous suture. All patients were followed up for one year after
operation. The general data and surgical indexes of the two groups were compared. The formation rate of scar diverticulum, bad
wound healing rate/irregular menstruation and scar diverticulum were compared between the two groups after one year followup.
Results One year after operation, the formation rate of scar diverticulum and poor healing rate of incision in double suture
group were 17.44% and 3.49%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in single suture group(28.24%, 14.12%),
the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). One year after operation, the thickness of residual muscle layer and total
muscle layer in the double suture group were higher than those in the single suture group, and the volume of scar diverticulum
in the double suture group was significantly lower than that in the single suture group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Double-layer
continuous suture can more effectively promote the healing of the incision of patients, increase the thickness of muscular layer,
reduce the formation of diverticula and reduce the area of diverticula, and has better aesthetic effect.
