[摘要]目的：对比分析强脉冲光与点阵激光治疗面部皮肤光老化患者的临床疗效。方法：选择2015年1月-2020年1月笔者医
院收治的83例面部皮肤光老化患者为研究对象，根据随机数字法将患者分为研究组（43例）和对照组（40例），研究组采用
点阵激光治疗，对照组采用强脉冲光治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率及美观满意度相关指标差异。结果：研究
组临床疗效明显高于对照组（95.35% vs 80.00%）（P ＜0.05）；两组患者斑点、皱纹及纹理指标评分均显著降低，而研究
组降低程度更显著（P ＜0.05）；研究组患者满意度高于对照组（97.67% vs 82.50%），治疗后并发症发生率显著低于对照
组（P ＜0.05）。结论：强脉冲光与点阵激光均可有效治疗面部皮肤光老化，而点阵激光治疗临床疗效更佳，并发症发生率
低，患者满意度高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy between intense pulsed light and fractional laser in the
treatment of photoaging of facial skin. Methods 83 patients with facial skin photoaging admitted in our hospital from
January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the research object, and the patients were divided into a study group (43 cases)
and a control group (40 cases) according to the random number method. The patients in the study group were treated with
fractional laser, and the control group was treated with intense pulsed light. The clinical efficacy, incidence of complications,
and satisfaction with aesthetic between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was
significantly higher than that of the control group (95.35% vs 80.00%) (P ＜0.05). The scores in spots, wrinkles, and textures of
the two groups significantly reduced, while the reduction of the study group was more significant (P ＜0.05). The satisfaction of
the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group (97.67% vs 82.50%), and the incidence of complications
after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Both intense pulsed light and
fractional laser can effectively treat photoaging of facial skin, while fractional laser has better clinical efficacy, lower incidence
of complications, and higher satisfaction of patient.
