[摘要]目的:探讨不同修复方式对乳磨牙龋病大面积缺损修复的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年10月在四川
锦欣妇女儿童医院口腔科就诊的乳磨牙龋病大面积缺损的患儿135例。将所有患儿随机分为三组,记为A、B、C组,每组45
例。A、B、C三组分别采用光固化复合树脂充填、金属预成冠以及Hall技术修复。比较三组患牙修复后6、12、24个月的成功
率。结果:三组修复后6个月及12个月临床治疗成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);修复后24个月,B组的临床治
疗成功率为84.44%,C组的临床治疗成功率为86.67%,均显著高于A组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:与
光固化复合树脂充填修复相比,金属预成冠修复与HALL技术在乳磨牙龋病大面积缺损修复中具有更好的临床应用效果,值得
临床进一步推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of different restoration methods on large area defect of deciduous molar. Methods
135 children with large area defect of deciduous molar were selected in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017. All
patients were randomly divided into three groups, recorded as group A, group B and group C, each group had 45 cases. Group
A of patients accepted light-cure composite resin filling,Group B of patients accepted metal crown restoration, and Group C
of patients accepted Hall technique. The successful rate of restoration in 6, 12, and 24 months after restoration was compared
between the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical treatment success rate between three
groups in A,B and C at 6 and 12 months after restoration(P >0.05).The clinical treatment success rate of group B (84.44%) and
group C (86.67%) was significantly higher than that of group A (73.33%) at 24 months after restoration, and the difference was
statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the light-cure composite resin filling,the metal crown restoration
technology and HAll repair technology have better clinical application effect in the large area defect of deciduous molar, which
worthes further of clinical application.
