[摘要]目的:分析Bio-gide膜引导骨再生在牙种植引导骨再生术中的修复成功率、植骨厚度及并发症。方法:选择笔者医院
2015年3月-2020年3月口腔科接诊的接受牙种植术治疗的80例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组。对照组:39例,采用
海奥口腔修复膜;实验组:41例,采用Bio-gide膜修复。对比两组修复成功率、龈沟MMP-3、TNF-α、IL-8因子、植骨厚度
及并发症发生率。结果:实验组修复成功率97.56%,高于对照组的79.49%,实验组治疗6个月后龈沟MMP-3、TNF-α、IL-8因
子均低于对照组,实验组治疗6个月后植骨厚度高于对照组,实验组并发症发生率2.44%,低于对照组的17.95%,差异均具有
统计学意义(P <0.05)。 结论:牙种植引导骨再生术中采用Bio-gide膜,可提高修复成功率,减轻龈沟炎症反应,增加植
骨厚度,减少并发症,值得临床借鉴应用。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the success rate, bone thickness and complications of Bio-gide membrane guided bone
regeneration in dental implant guided bone regeneration. Methods Selected in our hospital in March 2015 to March 2020
dental accepts the dental implants surgery treatment of 80 cases of patients, with random number table method group and
control group (39 cases) adopted the sea dental restorations film, the experimental group (41 cases) adopted Bio-gide membrane,
compared two groups of success rate of repair, gingival sulcus MMP-3, TNF-α, IL-8 factors, the thickness of the bone graft,
incidence of complications. Results The repair success rate of the experimental group (97.56%) was higher than that of the
control group (79.49%), MMP-3, TNF-α and IL-8 factors in the gingival crevicular after 6 months of treatment were all lower
than that of the control group, the bone graft thickness of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after
6 months of treatment,and the incidence of complications in the experimental group (2.44%) was lower than that of the control
group (17.95%),all statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of Bio-GIDE membrane in tooth implant
guided bone regeneration can improve the success rate of repair, reduce gingival sulcus inflammation, increase the thickness of
bone grafting, and reduce complications, which is worth learning.
