[摘要]目的:制备驻颜乳剂凝胶并对其质量及药效进行考察。方法:以综合评分为响应值,通过Box-Behnken响应面法筛选
驻颜乳剂凝胶的制备方法,并对影响驻颜凝胶质量的项目进行了相关测试,通过测定驻颜乳剂凝胶羟自由基、超氧离子自由
基、DPPH自由基三者的IC50值考察其体外抗氧化作用,通过测定小鼠皮肤匀浆液中羟脯氨酸(HYP)、丙二醛(MDA)、超
氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与含水率的变化考察驻颜凝胶延缓皮肤衰老的作用。结果:乳剂凝胶的最佳制备工艺为卡波姆用量
1.00%、甘油用量15.00%、pH6,且各项试验项目均符合要求;不同浓度的驻颜乳剂凝胶均具有一定程度体外抗氧化能力,
与对照组相比,能显著升高小鼠皮肤中SOD活力(P <0.05,P <0.01),降低MDA水平(P <0.05,P <0.01),减少HYP含
量(P <0.05,P <0.01)。结论:本驻颜乳剂凝胶符合凝胶局部外用制剂要求,质量稳定可靠,对小鼠皮肤衰老具有延缓
的作用,为凝胶剂进一步的研究与开发提供了新思路。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective Prepare the Zhuyan emulsion gel and investiga its quality and efficacy. Methods Taking the
comprehensive score as the response value, the preparation method of the resident facial emulsion gel was screened by the Box-
Behnken response surface method, and related tests were conducted on the items affecting the quality of the resident facial
gel. the anti-oxidation effect of in-vivo emulsion was determined by measuring the IC50 value of hydroxy hydroxyl radical,
superoxide ion radical and DPPH radical, and by measuring superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA),
The changes of hydroxyproline (HYP) and water content were used to investigate the anti-aging effect of Zhuzhan gel.
Results The best preparation process of emulsion gel is carbomer dosage 1.00%, glycerol dosage 15.00%, Ph 6, and all
test items meet the requirements,and pH, viscosity, moisturizing rate, microbial limit, content and other test items all meet
the requirements, and different concentrations of resident facial emulsion gels have a certain degree of antioxidant capacity in
vitro,can significantly increase the SOD activity in mouse skin (P <0.05, P <0.01), reduce MDA level (P <0.05,P <0.01),reduce
HYP content (P <0.05,P <0.01). Conclusion The preparation technology of this gel is simple, conforming to the main index
requirements of gel topical preparation, stable and reliable quality, and has a retarded effect on skin aging in mice. It provides a
new idea for further research and development of gel.
