摘要:: [摘要]目的：研究中药育发洗剂对C57BL/6小鼠毛发、毛囊生长周期的影响。方法：40只C57BL/6小鼠以脱毛膏脱毛2cm×4cm
面积大小造模，造模成功后次日分5组（n=8）：模型组、生理盐水组、空白洗剂组、米诺地尔组、中药育发洗剂组，每日涂
抹给药1次，持续18d。每日同一光源下拍照1次，观察目标区小鼠皮肤颜色变化、毛发生长情况；每日固定时间毛发镜检测4次，记
录毛发镜下皮肤颜色变化直至小鼠毛发长度影响检测效果；第18天取小鼠背部毛发测量毛长，取背部组织HE染色观察毛囊数量、毛
囊形态、皮肤真皮层厚度。结果：中药育发洗剂组可减少小鼠皮肤由粉色到黑色的变化时间，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。第18
天毛发长度，中药育发洗剂组与米诺地尔组相当（P＞0.05），且较其他各组长，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与模型组、生理
盐水组、空白洗剂组相比较，中药育发洗剂组皮肤真皮层厚度明显增加，毛囊数目增多，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结
论：中药育发洗剂可加快小鼠毛发生长、促进小鼠毛囊生长期转化进程，且其疗效与米诺地尔相当。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yufa lotion on hair growth of C57BL/6 mice.
Methods 40 C57BL/6 mice were depilated with an area of 2cm×4cm to induce the mouse hair follicles to enter the growth
phase from the resting phase. The next day was divided into 5 groups (n =8): the model group, the normal saline group, the blank
lotion group, the minoxidil group, and the traditional Chinese medicine Yufa lotion group. They were applied once a day for
18 days. Taked pictures each day to observe the skin color changes and hair growth of the mice. On the 18th day, the back hair
of the mice was taken to measure the hair length, and the back tissue was taken for HE staining to observe the number of hair
follicles, the shape of hair follicles, and the thickness of the skin dermis. Results The traditional Chinese medicine Yufa lotion
group can shorten the change time of mouse skin from pink to black, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).
After compared the hair length on the 18th day, the traditional Chinese medicine Yufa lotion group and the minoxidil group was
equivalent (P ＞0.05). And longer than the other groups (P ＜0.05). Compared with the model group, the normal saline group,
and the blank lotion group, the thickness of the skin dermis and the number of hair follicles in the traditional Chinese medicine
Yufa lotion group were significantly increased (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Yufa lotion can promote
mouse hair follicles to enter the growth phase earlier, and its curative effect is equivalent to minoxidil.
