摘要:
[摘要]目的:评估单侧小耳畸形患者Nagata法耳廓再造术对再造耳皮肤敏感度的影响,为避免术后再造耳损伤提供指导作
用。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年8月就诊于郑州大学第一附属医院并进行Nagata法耳廓再造术的29例患者,通过应用装有
不同温度液体的试管及Semmes-Weinstein单丝,在术后6个月、12个月分别对双侧耳廓的9个测试点处的皮肤敏感度进行评
估,并对比和分析其结果。结果:术后6个月,再造耳除耳垂外,其余测试部位皮肤温度觉及触压觉均显著降低,差异有统
计学意义(P <0.05);术后12个月,除颅耳沟外,其余测试部位温度觉及触压觉均恢复至与健侧无明显差异(P >0.05)。
结论:先天性小耳畸形Nagata法耳廓再造术会使术区温度觉及触压觉暂时性下降,术后12个月,大部分区域皮肤敏感度可恢
复至与健侧相似水平。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the skin sensitivity of the reconstructed auricle after Nagata method auricle reconstruction
in patients with unilateral microtia, to provide guidance to avoid postoperative injury of the reconstructed auricle. Methods
29 patients were selected with unilateral microtia who underwent Nagata method auricle reconstruction in the First Affiliated
Hospital of Zhengzhou University between June 2017 and August 2019. Standardized sensory tests were executed to evaluate
the skin sensitivity of bilateral auricle at 9 sites by testing tubes with liquid of different temperature and Semmes-Weinstein
monofilaments at 6 and 12 months postoperatively. The results were compared and analyzed. Results Except for the
earlobe site, the skin thermal sensation and tactile pressure sensing of most of the selected sites declined significantly
comparing to the contralateral side at 6 months postoperatively, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).
Except for the auriculoceplalic sulcus site, the skin thermal sensation and tactile pressure sensing of most of the selected
sites of the reconstructed auricle showed no significant difference compared with the contralateral side at 12 months
postoperatively (P >0.05). Conclusion The skin thermal sensation and tactile pressure sensing of the reconstructed auricle
after Nagata method in patients with congenital microtia will decline in short period, but most patients will gain the similar skin
sensation compared with the contralateral side at 12 months postoperatively.
