[摘要]目的：分析影响点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的美学满意度相关预测因素。方法：选择2019年1月-2020年10月于笔者
科室进行点阵激光治疗的100例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者病例资料进行分析。根据患者治疗后的痤疮瘢痕恢复情况和美学满意度
评分将其分为满意组和不满意组。比较两组的一般资料、痤疮瘢痕情况等临床资料，应用多因素Logistic回归分析影响痤疮
凹陷性瘢痕患者治疗后美学满意度的相关因素。结果：纳入研究的100例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者中，有4例病例脱落，有31例患
者对治疗不满意列为不满意组，剩余65例患者对治疗满意列为满意组，美学满意度为67.71%。两组年龄、性别、Pillsbury
分级等临床资料对比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。但不满意组DLQI评分大于满意组（P ＜0.05）；不满意组ECCA评分、
GAGS评分和瘢痕凹陷深度均小于满意组（P ＜0.05）；两组瘢痕类型差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），其中不满意组冰锥型
和混合型所占比例高于满意组。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，DLQI评分（OR =1.114）和痤疮类型（OR =1.248）是影响痤
疮凹陷性瘢痕患者治疗后美学满意度的独立危险因素；ECCA评分（OR =1.017）、GAGS评分（OR =1.216）和瘢痕凹陷深度
（OR=1.235）是影响痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者治疗后美学满意度的保护性因素。结论：DLQI评分和痤疮类型（冰锥型和混合型）
是影响痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者治疗后美学满意度的独立危险因素，ECCA评分、GAGS评分和瘢痕凹陷深度则是保护性因素，早期
监测有助于临床及时调整治疗方案，提高患者的美学满意度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the related predictors of aesthetic satisfaction in dot array laser treatment of acne depression
scars. Methods A total of 100 patients with acne depression scars who received dot array laser treatment in the dermatology
department of our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were analyzed.According to the recovery of acne scars and
aesthetic satisfaction score after treatment, the patients were divided into satisfactory group and unsatisfactory group.The
general data, acne scars and other clinical data of the two groups were compared.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to
analyze the factors affecting the aesthetic satisfaction of patients with acne depression scars after treatment. Results Among
the 100 trauma patients included in the study, 4 patients fell out, 31 patients were not satisfied with the treatment, and the
remaining 65 patients were satisfied with the treatment, and the aesthetic satisfaction was 67.71%.There was no significant
difference in age, gender, Pillsbury grade and other clinical data between the two groups (P ＞0.05).But DLQI score of
dissatisfied group was higher than that of satisfied group (P ＜0.05).ECCA score, GAGS score and scar depression depth
in dissatisfied group were lower than those in satisfied group (P ＜0.05).The difference of scar types between the two
groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05),and the proportion of ice cone type and mixed type in the dissatisfied group was
higher than that in the satisfied group.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that DLQI score(OR =1.114) and acne
type(OR =1.248) were independent risk factors for aesthetic satisfaction of patients with acne depression scars after treatment.
ECCA score(OR =1.017), GAGS score(OR =1.216) and depth of scar depression(OR =1.235) were protective factors affecting the
aesthetic satisfaction of patients with acne depression after treatment. Conclusion DLQI score and acne type(ice cone type and
mixed type) are independent risk factors affecting the aesthetic satisfaction of patients with acne pitting scars after treatment,
while ECCA score, GAGS score and scar pitting depth are protective factors. Early monitoring is helpful for timely adjustment
of clinical treatment plan and improvement of patients’ aesthetic satisfaction.
