[摘要]目的:探讨透明硅橡胶结合压膜双层转移托盘间接粘接托槽技术的椅旁时间及粘接效果。方法:选择50例正畸固定矫
治病例,共计1 200个托槽,随机分为两组。A组:25例,600个托槽,应用透明硅橡胶结合压膜双层转移托盘,使用GC Fuji
ORTHO LC粘接剂进行分段间接法粘接托槽;B组:25例,600个托槽,应用直接法粘接托槽。比较每组平均椅旁时间(从口内
开始牙面清洁到口内托槽全部粘接固化结束)及托槽即刻脱落率进行统计分析。结果:A组应用透明硅橡胶结合压膜双
层转移托盘间接粘接全口托槽平均椅旁操作时间为(20.2±0.31)min,托槽即刻脱落率2.17%;B组直接法粘接全口托槽
平均椅旁操作时间为(64.4±0.82)min,托槽即刻脱落率1.83%。A、B组平均椅旁操作时间采用t 检验,差异有统计学意
义(P <0.05)。A、B组间即刻托槽脱落率应用χ2检验,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:透明硅橡胶结合压膜双层
转移托盘间接粘接托槽技术能显著减少椅旁操作时间,托槽即刻脱落率低,临床操作简单,材料经济,值得推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the consuming time of chairside operation and bonding effectiveness of the indirect bonding
with double-layer transparent silicone rubber transfer tray. Methods 50 cases of orthodontic patients, with total of 1200
brackets, were randomly divided into two groups.For 25 cases of group A (600 brackets), double layer transfer traytransparent
silicone rubber, and GC Fuji ORTHO LC adhesive were used for indirect bonding bracket. For 25 cases with 600 bracketsin
group B, direct bonding method were used. The average consuming time of each group (from the beginning of tooth cleaning
in the mouth to the end of adhesive curing in the mouth) and the immediate loss rate of the bracket were statistically analyzed.
Results In group A, the average consuming time was (20.2±0.31)min, and the bracket immediateloss rate was 2.17%. In group
B, the average consuming time was (64.4±0.82)min, and the immediate loss rate was 1.83%. T test was used for the mean
chairside operation time in group A and group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). χ2test was applied
for comparison ofimmediate loss rate between groups A and B, and the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).
Conclusion Compared with direct bonding,Indirect bonding technique with transparent silicone rubber double-layer transfer
tray significantly reduces the chairside operation time and the mouth-opening time of patients, and provides similar lost rate
with direct bonding.
