[摘要]目的：评价渗透树脂联合氟保护漆治疗正畸后釉质脱矿白垩斑的美学效果。方法：按照随机数字法将2017年6月-2019
年12月笔者医院口腔科收治的120例(194颗患牙)正畸后釉质脱矿白垩斑患者分为A组(n =40，64颗患牙)、B组(n =40，63颗
患牙)、C组(n =40，67颗患牙)，分别采用氟保护漆、渗透树脂及两者联合治疗。比较治疗前及治疗后即刻、3个月、6个
月三组的疗效，白垩斑面积比例(R值)、颜色主观评分及客观评分，观察不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后即刻、3个月、
6个月，C组的总有效率明显高于A组、B组(P ＜0.05)，B组的总有效率明显高于A组(P ＜0.05)；三组的R值均较治疗前明显
降低(P ＜0.05)，主观评分、客观评分均较治疗前明显增高(P ＜0.05)，C组的R值明显低于A组与B组(P ＜0.05)，B组的R值
明显高于A组(P ＜0.05)，C组的主观评分、客观评分均明显高于A组、B组(P ＜0.05)，B组的主观评分、客观评分均明显高
于A组(P ＜0.05)。三组均无明显不良反应发生。结论：渗透树脂联合氟保护漆治疗正畸后釉质脱矿白垩斑的美学效果明
显，安全性高。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the aesthetic effect of osmotic resin combined with fluor protectors in the treatment of enamel
demineralization chalk spots after orthodontic treatment. Methods According to the random number method, 120 patient
(194 teeth) with enamel demineralization chalk spots after orthodontic treatment which was divided into group A(n =40,64
teeth), group B (n =40,63 teeth) and group C(n =40,67 teeth) in the department of stomatology of our hospital from June 2017
to December 2019, and were treated with fluor protectors, osmotic resin and combined treatment, respectively. The
curative effect, chalk spots area ratio (R value), subjective and objective color scores were compared between three
groups before treatment and immediately, 3 months, 6 months after treatment. after the treatment. The occurrence
of adverse reactions were observed. Results At immediately, 3 months, 6 months after treatment, the total effective
rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B (P ＜0.05), and the total effective rate in
group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P ＜0.05). The R value in three groups were significantly reduced
compared to before treatment(P ＜0.05), while the subjective and objective scores were significantly increased compared to
before treatment(P ＜0.05). The subjective scores and objective scores in group C were significantly higher than that in group
A and group B (P ＜0.05), and the subjective and objective scores in group B were significantly higher than that in group
A(P ＜0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction was found in three groups. Conclusion Osmotic resin combined with
fluor protectors had observably aesthetic effect and high safety in the treatment of enamel demineralization chalk spots after
orthodontic treatment.
