[摘要]目的:探讨含甲基丙烯酰癸基二氢磷酸酯(MDP)材料对口腔美学修复中氧化锆陶瓷粘接持久度的影响。方法:制备
120个氧化钇稳定的四方相氧化锆陶瓷(Y-TZP)瓷片,氧化铝表面喷砂处理后随机分为四组(每组30个)。不含MDP的树脂
水门汀为对照组,其余三组分别应用含MDP的氧化锆底涂剂(底涂剂组)、含MDP的通用粘接剂(粘接剂组)、含MDP的自粘
接树脂水门汀(自粘接树脂水门汀组),粘接Y-TZP和复合树脂,制备粘接试件。试件制成后,每组30个样本平均分为3份,
分别置于37℃恒温蒸馏水中,水浴时间为24h、30d、12个月,测试试件的粘接强度,观察分析断裂模式。结果:水浴24h、
30d、12个月,组间粘接强度比较:对照组<底涂剂组<粘接剂组<自粘接树脂水门汀组(P <0.05);同组不同水浴时间比
较:水浴24h>水浴30d>水浴12个月(P <0.05);水浴24h,对照组以粘接破坏为主,底涂剂组、粘接剂组、自粘接树脂水
门汀组均以混合破坏为主,水浴30d、12个月,各组粘接破坏的比例均有所增加。结论:口腔美学修复中应用含MDP材料可明
显提高氧化锆陶瓷的粘接持久度,且不同产品类型的粘接持久度存在差异。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of methacryloyldecyl dihydrogen phosphate (MDP)-containing materials on
the bonding durability of zirconia ceramics in oral aesthetic restoration. Methods 120 yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia
polycrystals (Y-TZP) ceramic chips were prepared. After sandblasting to alumina surface, they were randomly divided into four
groups (30 ceramic chips in each group). Resin cement without MDP was used as control group, and the remaining three groups
were applied with MDP-containing zirconia primer (primer group), MDP-containing universal adhesive (adhesive group) and
MDP-containing self-adhesive resin cement (self-adhesive resin cement group). The Y-TZP and composite resin were bonded
to prepare adhesive specimen. After the specimen was made, 30 samples of each group were divided into 3 parts on average
and placed in 37°C constant temperature distilled water for 24h, 30 d and 12months of water bath. The bonding strength of the
specimen was tested, and the fracture mode was observed and analyzed. Results After 24h, 30d and 12 months of water bath,
the bonding strength between groups showed that control group<primer group<adhesive group<self-adhesive resin cement
group (P <0.05). Comparison of different water bath times in the same group showed that 24h of water bath>30d of water bath
>12 months of water bath (P <0.05). After 24h of water bath, control group was dominated by bond destruction, and primer
group, adhesive group, and self-adhesive resin cement group were mainly mixed destruction. After 30d and 12 months of water
bath, the proportion of bond destruction in each group was increased. Conclusion The application of MDP-containing materials
in oral aesthetic restoration can significantly improve the bonding durability of zirconia ceramics, and the bonding durability is
different among different product types.
