[摘要]目的：探析外科免缝拉链联合医护一体化护理改善剖宫产切口美观度的效果。方法：将笔者医院2019年1月-2019年12
月收治的60例剖宫产产妇按照随机分组原则分为对照组、观察组，每组30例。两组均采取外科免缝拉链进行缝合，对照
组采取常规护理干预，观察组在对照组护理基础上采取医护一体化护理措施进行干预，对比两组术后疼痛评分（Visual
analogue scale，VAS）、切口甲级愈合率、切口美容效果、瘢痕宽度、瘢痕厚度以及并发症发生率等。结果：观察组术
后24h、7d的疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组切口甲级愈合率、切口美容效果明显优
于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后15d、30d、60d瘢痕宽度与厚度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：剖宫产后采取外科免缝拉
链进行缝合处理能够发挥安全、快捷、简单等优势，配合医护一体化护理措施进行干预，可降低疼痛评分、提升切口甲级愈
合率以及切口美观度，还可降低并发症发生率，有着极大的应用价值。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of surgical suture free zipper combined with integrated nursing care on improving
the beauty of cesarean section incision. Methods 60 cases of cesarean section patients in our hospital from January 2019 to
December 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random grouping,
30 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were sutured with nsurgical suture free zipper, the control group was given
routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was intervened by integrated nursing care based on the control group.
The postoperative pain scores of the two groups were compared (Visual analogue scale, VAS), wound healing standard, cosmetic
effect, scar width, scar thickness and incidence of complications. Results The postoperative pain score of the observation group
at 24h and 7d after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant
(P ＜0.05). the first-class healing rate and cosmetic effect of incision in the observation group were significantly better than
those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The width and thickness of scar in the observation group were significantly better than
those in the control group at 15, 30 and 60 days after operation (P ＜0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the
observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Taking surgical suture free
zipper for suture treatment after cesarean section can give play to the advantages of safety, quickness and simplicity. Combined
with the integrated nursing measures of medical care, reduce the pain score, improve the grade a healing rate of incision and the
beauty of incision, and reduce the incidence of complications. It has great application value.
