[摘要]皮肤老化是一个多因素导致的、伴随身体其他器官功能衰退而发生的过程。近年来,口服营养补充剂来改善皮肤状态
成为一种新趋势，这些“美容营养品”被定义为可摄取的增强人皮肤、指甲和头发的功能和外观的保健产品。已有相关文献
报道一些天然分子和矿物质可以作为美容营养品来改善皮肤健康，但其作用机制及副作用尚不明确。本文将对一些常见的改
善皮肤老化的美容营养品研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Abstract: Skin aging is a multi-factorial process that occurs with the decline of the function of other organs of the body. In
recent years, a new trend in skincare is oral nutritional supplements. Nutricosmetics are defined as ingestible health products
that can enhance the appearance and function of human skin, nails, and hair.Related literature has reported that some natural
molecules and minerals can improve skin health, but their mechanism of action and side effects are not yet clear. This article is
a review of the research progress of some common nutricosmetics that can improve skin aging.
