摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨内镜下鼻骨骨折合并偏曲美学修复效果。方法：选取2018年2月-2020年7月笔者医院收治的80例鼻骨骨折
合并偏曲患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为观察组（n =40，鼻内镜治疗）及对照组（n =40，传统手术复位治疗），观
察两组患者的手术时间，术后6个月鼻通气功能、外形美学及并发症情况。结果：观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组鼻部通气功能及美学评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症
发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：内镜下鼻骨骨折合并偏曲修复效果确切，能够提高疗效、缩短
手术时间、改善患者预后，有着良好的美学效果，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of endoscopic repair of nasal bone fracture combined with deviation.
Methods From February 2018 to July 2020, patients with nasal bone fracture combined with deviation 80 cases as the
research objects our hospital, and were divided into the observation group (n =40, endoscopic therapy) and the control group
(n =40, traditional operation reduction treatment) by random number table number table methed. The operation time, nasal
ventilation function, appearance aesthetics and complications of the two groups were analyzed 6 months after operation.
Results Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter, the difference
was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The nasal ventilation function and aesthetic scores of the observation group were higher
than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in
the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The endoscopic repair of nasal bone fracture combined with deviation is effective. It
could improve the curative effect, shorten the operation time and improved the prognosis of patients, with aesthetic effect and
high clinical application value.
