[摘要]目的:研究CC光治疗面部雀斑的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年1月-2020年8月笔者科室收治的48例面部雀斑患者为研
究对象,将入选患者采用随机乱码法平均分为两组,观察组采用CC光治疗,对照组采用IPL治疗。主要针对两组患者的不
良反应发生率、疼痛感和治疗满意度进行比较。结果:分析两组的治疗统计数据,观察组和对照组的治疗能量密度分别为
12~15J/cm2、20~24J/cm2,有中度疼痛感的分别为2例、24例,对治疗结果感到非常满意的分别为17例、8例,治疗效果完
全不同,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:治疗面部雀斑,能量密度、疼痛感及患者满意度等方面比较,CC光较IPL
治疗具有较明显优势,可以作为患者优选的一个治疗手段。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical efficacy of CC light in the treatment of facial freckles. Methods 48 patients with
facial freckles from January 2020 to August 2020 were selected from the outpatient department of Author’s hospital. The
incidence of adverse reactions, pain perception and treatment satisfaction were compared, the selected patients were randomly
assigned to two groups.The observation group was treated with CC light, the control group with IPL. Results The treatment
energy density was 12-15J/cm2 and 20-24J/cm2 in the observation group and the Control Group.The patients with moderate pain
were 2 and 24 respectively. The patients who were satisfied with the treatment result were 17 and 8 respectively,the therapeutic
effect was completely different (P <0.05). Conclusion CC phototherapy is superior to IPL in energy density therapy, pain
perception and patient satisfaction. CC phototherapy can be used as an optimal treatment for patients.
