[摘要]目的:评价椅旁瓷嵌体对儿童第一磨牙大面积缺损的5年临床修复效果。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年8月中山市人民
医院儿童口腔科就诊的32例患儿(共42颗大面积缺损的活髓第一磨牙),使用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作瓷嵌体,修复后6
个月、1年、2年、3年、4年、5年采用世界牙科联盟评价标准,对修复体进行评价。结果:修复体在口内使用5年期间总体表
现良好,边缘适合性优秀,无术后敏感,临床评价情况与修复后即刻比较,差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05),整体满意率
95.0%,存留率97.5%。结论:椅旁瓷嵌体对儿童大面积缺损的活髓第一磨牙的5年临床修复效果满意。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the 5-year clinical effect of massive tooth defect of young first permanent molar restored
by ceramic inlay of chairside. Methods 42 young first permanent molar of 32 children with massive tooth defect were
restored by ceramic inlay of chairside CAD/CAM. Clinical evaluation was analyzed using World Dental Federation(FDI)
criteria at 6 months,1 year,2 years,3 years,4 years and 5 years. Results The clinical manifestation of restorations were
satisficed in 5 years.The marginal adaptation were excellent.There was no saitivity after the restoration.There were no
significant differences(P >0.05)between any evaluation time point and immediately after treatment.The whole satisfaction
was 95%,survival rate was 97.5%. Conclusion The 5-year clinical effect of massive tooth defect of vital young first permanent
molar which were restored by ceramic inlay of chairside CAD/CAM was satisfactory.
