摘要:: [摘要]随着科学技术的不断发展，医生结合计算机辅助手术技术(Computer-aided surgery，CAS)与传统医疗技术，不断创新和探索出颅面整形手术的治疗方案，各种数字化辅助技术也被普遍应用于颅颌面部畸形的治疗。笔者就几种常用的计算机辅助手术操作技术做一综述，并介绍了近年间上述几种辅助技术在颅面外科中的新研究成果。如EasyImplant软件系统，一种名为“OSSys”的集成触觉VR系统，使用CAD/CAM预弯钛板切割钻孔导向器来矫正骨性Ⅲ类错牙合，结合3D打印和组织工程技术在鼻整形中制作新型鼻软骨植入物等。不仅改善了医生的治疗水平和理念，也为患者带来了福音。

Abstract:: Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, doctors continue to innovate and explore the treatment scheme of craniofacial plastic surgery with the combination of computer-assisted surgery (computer-aided surgery,CAS) and traditional medical technology. A variety of digital auxiliary technologies are also widely used in the treatment of craniomaxillofacial deformities. The author summarizes several commonly used computer-assisted surgical techniques, and introduces the new research results of these techniques in craniofacial surgery in recent years. Such as EasyImplant software system; An integrated tactile VR system named "OSSys"，using computer-aided technology to design and manufacture pre-bending titanium plate cutting drilling guide to correct bony III class malocclusion; combined with 3D printing and tissue engineering technology to make a new type of nasal cartilage implant in rhinoplasty. It not only improves the treatment level and concept of doctors, but also brings good news to patients.?/html>
