摘要:
目的：探讨计算机辅助设计与制作（CAD/CAM）铣削氧化锆在前牙区贴面修复中的应用，观察其短期修复效果。方法：选取2018年9月-2019年9月南京市口腔医院修复科就诊的前牙美学修复患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，观察组7例患者，29颗患牙；对照组8例患者，32颗患牙。观察组采用CAD/CAM铣削氧化锆贴面修复，对照组采用CAD/CAM铣削玻璃陶瓷贴面修复方法。比较两组修复方法对前牙美学修复效果及患者满意度的影响。结果：观察组贴面边缘适合性为100.00%，牙周健康率为100.00%，粘接可靠率为93.10%，贴面完整率为100.00%。与对照组比较，观察组的粘接可靠率略低、贴面完整率略高，但差异无统计学意义；边缘适合性、牙周健康及满意度相当。结论：CAD/CAM铣削氧化锆可满足前牙区贴面的修复要求，在边缘适合性、对牙周健康的影响、粘接可靠性、修复体完整性等方面与玻璃陶瓷无明显差异，可以满足临床应用需要。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application of CAD/CAM zirconia veneers in anterior esthetic restorations and observe their short-term clinical outcomes. Methods Patients received anterior teeth esthetic restorations from September 2018 to September 2019 in Department of Prosthodontics, Nanjing Stomatological Hospital were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (7 patients, 29 affected teeth) and control group (8 patients, 32 affected teeth). CAD/CAM zirconia veneers were applied in the observation group, and patients in the control group received CAD/CAM ceramic veneers. Clinical parameters regarding esthetic restoration of anterior teeth and satisfaction evaluation of patients were compared. Results The reliability, fit, gingival health parameters and patients’satisfaction rate revealed no statistical difference between the observation and the control groups. Conclusion CAD/CAM zirconia veneers can meet the clinical requirements of anterior esthetic veneers restorations.
