摘要:
目的：探究皮肤轮匝肌切除联合眼轮匝肌缩短术对退行性下睑内翻矫治的临床疗效。方法：随机选取笔者医院123例退行性下睑内翻患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组（n=61）行眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗，观察组（n=62）行皮肤轮匝肌切除联合眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗。比较两组矫治效果、围术期指标、眼部症状评分、术后并发症及手术满意度。结果：观察组术后6个月及术后1年的矫治优良率均优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；手术3个月后，两组OSDI各项指标评分均显著降低（P＜0.05），且术后组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组术后总并发症率为6.45%，对照组为11.48%，两组比较差异不显著（P＞0.05）；观察组手术满意度各项指标评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：皮肤轮匝肌切除联合眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗退行性下睑内翻具有疗效高、并发症少、美观度好等特点，患者术后满意度较高，值得推荐。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of orbicularis muscle resection combined with orbicularis oculi muscle shortening on the correction effect and surgical satisfaction of degenerative lower eyelid varus. Methods 123 patients with degenerative lower eyelid entropion in the hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group (n=61) received orbicularis oculi muscle shortening treatment, and the observation group (n=62) was given skin orbicularis muscle resection combined with orbicularis oculi muscle shortening. The correction effect, perioperative indicators, postoperative complications, eye symptoms scores and surgical satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rates of correction at 6 months and 1 year after operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). There was no statistical significance (P＞0.05), after 3 months of operation, the scores of OSDI indexes in the two groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups after operation (P＜0.05). The total complication rate was 6.45%, compared with 11.48% in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). The scores of various indicators of surgical satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Skin orbicularis muscle resection combined with orbicularis oculi muscle shortening has the characteristics of high efficacy, few complications and good aesthetics in the treatment of degenerative lower eyelid entropion. And it has high postoperative satisfaction of patients and is worth recommending
