摘要:
目的：设计一种受皮片移植患儿喜欢穿戴的卡通弹力衣,以提高患儿的穿戴配合度和延长患儿弹力衣的穿戴时间,同时探讨卡通弹力衣对皮片移植患儿出院后瘢痕增生的预防效果。方法：选取2019年1月-12月在笔者科室行皮片移植术的72例患儿为观察组,出院后穿戴卡通弹力衣进行瘢痕预防,同时回顾2018年7月-12月在笔者科室进行皮片移植术出院后穿戴传统弹力衣的56例患儿为对照组。比较两组患儿穿戴配合度、穿戴时间，和出院后6个月的温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale，VSS)评分。结果：观察组患儿弹力衣穿戴配合度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），穿戴时间明显长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），VSS各项指标评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：卡通形象的运用符合植皮患儿的心理学需要，卡通弹力衣的应用能有效提高植皮患儿的穿戴配合度和时间，防止皮片挛缩和瘢痕增生，效果明显。
Abstract:
Objective Design anelasticcartoon clothing that children underwent grafting like to wear to compliance and wearing time;meantime, exploringits effect on scar formation. Methods 72 cases of children underwent skin grafting from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled as observation group, they were assigned to wear elasticcartoon clothing.56 cases treated with traditional elastic clothing from July 2018 to December 2018 were reviewed as control group. The compliance,wearing time.Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) assessed at six months after discharge. Results The compliance and wearing time in the observation group were significantly higher thancontrol group (P＜0.05), the VSS scores in the observation group were significantlylower than control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Cartoon image conforms to the psychological needs of children, the application of elasticcartoon clothing effectively improves the compliance and wearing time i and prevents scar formation
