摘要:
唇裂是一种常见的先天性发育缺陷。早期唇裂修复术后会导致继发畸形的产生，对患者的面部美观、功能和心理健康造成不良影响。因此，需引起口腔颌面外科医生的高度重视。二期唇裂的整复所采用的方法有所差异，且整复方法尚无统一的治疗标准。本文主要针对于唇裂术后继发唇部畸形的目前治疗进展，尤其是非手术治疗在唇裂术后继发唇部畸形的应用进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Cleft lip is a commonly occurring congenital development defect. Primary cleft lip repair leads to cleft scar formation. The resulting scar often undergoes hypertrophy, which negatively affects facial esthetics, function, and the patient’s mental health. Currently, there are various methods used in the secondary cleft lip restoration and there is no uniform treatment standard for the restoration. This review mainly focuses on the current progress in the treatment of secondary cleft lip deformities after primary surgery, especially the application progress of non-surgical treatment.
