摘要:: 目的：探究Camlog种植体在单颗前牙种植修复中的美学效果。方法：选择于笔者医院进行前牙种植修复的52例患者（52颗患牙）为研究对象，患者均采用Camlog种植体系统进行种植手术，随访1年，评价患者种植修复后的种植成功情况、增加垂直骨向量、牙龈乳头指数、红色美学指数和白色美学指数评分。结果：52例患者种植成功率100.00%，修复后随访1年，种植体与周围骨结合牢固，无松动、无炎症，种植留存率100.00%，增加垂直向骨量（0.56±0.23）cm，牙龈乳头指数分级包括1级4例、2级16例、3级32例，红色美学指数评分（9.16±0.58）分，白色美学指数评分（9.02±0.63）分，红色及白色美学效果极佳。结论：Camlog种植体在单颗前牙种植修复中成功率高、美学效果好，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract:: Objective To explore the esthetic effect of Camlog implant in implant restoration of single anterior tooth. Methods 52 patients (52 affected teeth) who received anterior dental implant restoration in our hospital were selected. The patients applied Camlog implant system for implant surgery. After 1 year of follow-up, the implantation success after implant restoration, increase of vertical bone vector, gingival papilla index, pink esthetic score and white esthetic score were evaluated among the patients. Results The implantation success rate of 52 patients was 100.00%. After 1 year of follow-up after restoration, the implant was firmly integrated with the surrounding bone without loosening and inflammation. The implant retention rate was 100.00% and the increase of vertical bone vector was (0.56±0.23) cm. PIS index grading included 4 cases of grade 1, 16 cases of grade 2 and 32 cases of grade 3. The pink esthetic score was (9.16±0.58) points and white esthetic score was (9.02±0.63) points. The red and white esthetic effects were excellent. Conclusion Camlog implant has a high success rate and good esthetic effect in implant restoration of single anterior tooth, and it is worthy of continued clinical promotion and application.
