摘要:
目的：探讨积极心理暗示疗法对严重眼外伤手术患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2017年1月-2019年12月笔者医院收治的124例严重眼外伤手术患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各62例，对照组给予常规干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予积极心理暗示疗法干预，比较两组心理状况、应对方式、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果：干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前下降，且观察组下降较对照组更明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后两组面对、屈服、回避评分均明显优化，且观察组各项评分优化程度均较对照组更明显（P＜0.05）。观察组依从率95.16%高于对照组的79.03%（P＜0.05）。干预后观察组生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能、社会功能、生理功能、精神健康、总体健康评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对严重眼外伤手术患者给予积极心理暗示疗法干预可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁负性情绪及应对方式，提升其治疗依从性及生活质量，促进恢复。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of positive psychological suggestion on negative emotions and quality of life of patients undergoing surgery for severe ocular trauma. Methods Totally 124 patients were treated with surgery due to severe ocular trauma in the author hospital between January 2017 and December 2019. According to random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 62 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine intervention, and the patients in the observation group were given positive psychological suggestion on this basis. The psychological status, coping styles, treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased compared with those before the intervention, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). After the intervention, the scores of face, yield and avoidance in the two groups were significantly optimized, and the optimization degree of each score in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The compliance rate in the observation group was 95.16% higher than 79.03% in the control group (P＜0.05). After the intervention, the scores of physiological function, physical pain, vitality, emotional function, social function, physiological function, mental health and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological suggestion can effectively improve negative emotions, coping styles, treatment compliance and quality of life of patients undergoing surgery for severe ocular trauma, thereby promoting recovery.
