摘要:
耳廓重建主要是为了治疗先天性小耳畸形、外伤等造成的耳廓畸形或缺损,由于耳廓独特的形态与精细的生理结构,使得耳廓重建一直都是临床极具挑战性的治疗手段之一。自体肋软骨移植与人工支架置入是耳廓重建的常见方法,而软骨组织工程的出现,给耳廓重建带来了新的发展。其中选择合适性能的支架材料是研究热点之一,本文拟结合国内外研究进展,对耳廓重建的三种类型、不同软骨组织工程支架的特点以及耳廓支架面临的挑战与3D打印应用等内容综述如下。
Abstract:
Auricle reconstruction is mainly to treat auricle deformities or defects caused by congenital microtia, trauma, etc. Due to the unique shape and fine physiological structure of the auricle, auricle reconstruction has always been a clinically challenging treatment one of the means. Autologous costal cartilage transplantation and artificial stent implantation are common methods of auricle reconstruction, and the appearance of cartilage tissue engineering has brought new developments to auricle reconstruction. Among them, choosing a suitable stent material is one of the research hotspots. This article intends to combine the progress at home and abroad to investigate the three types of auricle reconstruction, the characteristics of different cartilage tissue engineering stents, the challenges faced by the auricle stent, and the 3D printing applications summarized as follows
