摘要:
目的：探究综合护理干预在儿童口腔正畸中的应用效果。方法：选择2017年6月-2020年6月在中国人民解放军总医院第六医学中心口腔科接受正畸治疗的186例患儿的病历资料回顾性分析。全部患儿根据采取的护理干预方法的差异分为对照组和观察组，对照组93例，观察组93例。对照组采用常规护理策略。观察组在对照组护理策略基础上联合采用综合护理干预策略。对比2组的患儿干预前后的疼痛程度（VAS）、焦虑程度（Corahs DAS）、健康状况（SOHSI）、治疗依从性、护理干预满意度、治疗过程中的不良反应情况。结果：干预后，两组患儿的VAS评分、Corahs DAS评分、SOHSI评分均降低，观察组患儿的VAS评分、Corahs DAS评分、SOHSI评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。观察组患儿在治疗过程中的依从性优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的护理干预满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿治疗过程中的不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：接受口腔正畸治疗的患儿，在常规护理干预方法的基础上采用综合护理干预，可提升患儿治疗的依从性，改善患儿的健康状态、疼痛程度、焦虑程度，改善治疗过程中的不良反应情况，提升护理干预的满意程度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children’s orthodontics. Methods A retrospective analysis of the medical records of 186 children who received orthodontic treatment in the Department of Stomatology, the Sixth Medical Center of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020. All children were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing intervention methods. There were 93 cases in control group and 93 cases in observation group. The control group used conventional nursing strategies. The observation group adopted a comprehensive nursing intervention strategy based on the nursing strategy of the control group. Compare the pain degree (VAS), anxiety degree (Corahs DAS), health status (SOHSI), treatment compliance, nursing intervention satisfaction, and adverse reactions in the treatment process before and after intervention in the two groups of children. Results After the intervention, the VAS scores, Corahs DAS scores, and SOHSI scores of the two groups of children decreased. The VAS scores, Corahs DAS scores and SOHSI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (all P＜0.05). The compliance of children in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing intervention satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during treatment was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion For children receiving orthodontic treatment, comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance, health status, pain and anxiety of children, improve the adverse reactions in the treatment process, and promote the satisfaction of nursing intervention
