目的:探讨视频模式健康教育对唇腭裂患儿及家属心理状况的影响。方法:将2019年10月-2020年6月于上海交通大学 医学院附属第九人民医院收治的96例唇腭裂患儿随机分为常规组(48例)和视频组(48例)。常规组在常规护理基础上给予 常规健康教育,视频组给予视频健康教育。比较两组患儿家属干预前后心理状态和干预后家属健康知识知晓情况、患儿心理 健康情况、并发症发生情况和满意度。结果:干预前两组患儿家属焦虑自评量表评分(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS) 和抑郁自评量表评分(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但干预后SAS评分和 SDS评分较干预前均明显降低,且视频组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,视频组患儿家属健康 知识知晓率、患儿心理健康率和护理满意度均明显升高,而术后并发症发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:视频模式健康教育可有效促进唇腭裂患儿家属健康知识的掌握能力,缓解家属不良情绪,改善患儿心理状况,减少并 发症,提高满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of video health education on the psychological status of children with cleft lip and palate and their families. Methods 96 children with cleft lip and palate admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the normal group(n=48) and the video group(n=48). The normal group was given routine health education on the basis of routine nursing, and the video group was given video health education. The mental status of the family members of the two groups before and after the intervention, the awareness of their health knowledge, the mental health of the children, the incidence of complications and their satisfaction were compared. Results There were no signifi cant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). But after the intervention, SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the video group was lower than the normal group, the differences were statistically signifi cant (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the awareness rate of health knowledge, mental health rate and nursing satisfaction of children’s families in the video group were signifi cantly higher, while the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Video health education can eff ectively promote the ability of family members of children with cleftlip and palate to master health knowledge, alleviate their bad emotions, improve their psychological status, reduce complications and improve their satisfaction.
