目的:探讨毫米波在商环包皮环切术后的应用效果。方法:纳入2019年3月-2021年3月行商环包皮环切术患者340例,其中商环包皮环切术后采用毫米波治疗的175例(治疗组),常规换药处理165例(对照组),对两组临床治疗效果进行对比。结果:治疗组伤口愈合时间为(17.11±1.99)d,短于对照组的(21.63±3.13)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0 .0 5)。治疗组术后8 h、24 h、7 d的疼痛数字评价量表(Numerical rating scale,NRS)评分分别为(2.06±0.96)分、(3.14±0.54)分、(1.51±0.84)分,对照组分别为(4.37±2.04)分、(4.30±1.44)分、(2.99±1.65)分,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后伤口愈合不良、伤口感染及水肿的发生率分别为4.57%(8/175)、2.29%(4/175)、3.43%(6/175),对照组分别为11.52%(19/165)、4.85%(8/165)、9.09%(15/165),治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:毫米波对伤口愈合有较好的促进作用,可减轻患者痛苦,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,但在临床应用中应注意避免长时间照射,并对其他部位做好防护工作。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of millimeter wave on wound healing after shang ring circumcision. Methods 340 cases of patients undergoing shang ring circumcision from March 2019 to March 2021 were collected, including 175 cases treated with millimeter wave after operation (the treatment group) and 165 cases treated with routine dressing change (the control group). The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of wound healing in the treatment group was (17.11±1.99)d, shorter than that in the control group (21.63±3.13)d, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The NRS scores of the treatment group at 8 h, 24 h and 7 d after operation were (2.06±0.96), (3.14±0.54), (1.51±0.84) respectively, and the control group were (4.37±2.04), (4.30±1.44) and (2.99±1.65) respectively. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of poor wound healing, wound infection and edema in the treatment group were 4.57% (8/175), 2.29% (4/175) and 3.43% (6/175) respectively, and the control group were 11.52% (19/165), 4.85% (8/165) and 9.09% (15/165) respectively. The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Millimeter wave can promote wound healing and alleviate patients’ pain. It is a safe and effective treatment method. However, in clinical application, attention should be paid to avoid long-term irradiation and protect other parts.
