摘要:
目的：观察改良筋膜横切口皮内美容缝合技术在剖宫产产妇中的应用价值。方法：采用随机数字表法将2019年6月-2020年6月在笔者医院行剖宫产术的88例足月产妇随机分为观察组与对照组，每组44例。对照组给予传统缝合技术，观察组给予改良筋膜横切口皮内美容缝合技术。比较两组缝合时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间、切口愈合情况（愈合时间、愈合等级）、剖宫产相关并发症发生情况（红肿、渗液、硬结、切口开裂），随访半年，观察两组瘢痕长度、厚度、疼痛及瘙痒情况，评估两组产妇对术后切口美观满意度。结果：观察组缝合时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间及切口完全愈合时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组瘢痕长度、厚度小于对照组，剖宫产相关并发症总发生率、切口疼痛及瘙痒情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组切口愈合率、切口美观满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：剖宫产产妇应用改良筋膜横切口皮内美容缝合技术，可促进切口愈合、减少瘢痕形成，提高切口美观度。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application value of modified fascia transverse incision intradermal cosmetic suture technique on puerperae with cesarean section. Methods 88 full-term puerperae who were to undergo cesarean section in the hospital between June 2019 and June 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. Puerperae in the control group were given traditional suture technique, and puerperae in the observation group were given modified fascia transverse incision intradermal cosmetic suture technique. The maternal suture time, anal exhaust time, hospital stay, incision healing (healing time, healing grading) and cesarean section-related complications (redness, exudation, induration, incision dehiscence) were compared between the two groups. At half a year of follow-up, the scar length, thickness, pain and pruritus were observed in the two groups, and the satisfaction of puerperae with postoperative incision aesthetics was evaluated in the two groups. Results The maternal suture time, anal exhaust time, hospital stay and complete incision healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The length and thickness of scar in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P＜0.05). And the total incidence of cesarean section related complications, incision pain and itching were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The incision healing rate and incision aesthetic satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Modified fascia transverse incision intradermal cosmetic suture technique in puerperae with cesarean section can promote incision healing, reduce scar formation, and improve incision aesthetics.
