摘要:
目的：探讨不使用抗肉毒毒素血清治疗注射美容导致的A型肉毒毒素中毒的方案。方法：2016年3月-2018年12月笔者科室收治的因注射含有“A型肉毒毒素”成分产品后出现不同程度的眩晕、复视、发音不清、胸闷、呼吸及吞咽困难、肌无力等症状的患者23例，采用对症、维持水电解质平衡、神经营养、功能康复等全身综合措施进行治疗。结果：经过10～25 d治疗所有患者眩晕、复视、呼吸及吞咽困难等症状改善至愈合出院。结论：A型肉毒毒素中毒患者，在未使用抗肉毒毒素血清的前提下，采取针对相应症状的对症支持治疗疗效可靠，在各级医院都可及时实施，所以患者能及时得到安全有效的救治。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the treatment of botulinum toxin type A poisoning caused by cosmetic injection without anti botulinum toxin serum. Methods From March 2016 to December 2018, our department admitted 23 patients with dizziness, diplopia, dysphonia, chest tightness, difficulty in breathing and swallowing, myasthenia and other symptoms of different degrees after injection of products containing “botulinum toxin type A”. The patients were treated with systemic comprehensive measures such as symptomatic treatment, maintaining water electrolyte balance, neuronutrition and functional rehabilitation. Results After 10-25 days of treatment, all patients were discharged with relief from vertigo, diplopia, breathing and swallowing difficulties until healed. Conclusion Patients with botulinum toxin type A poisoning are cured by symptomatic support treatment for the appropriate symptoms without the use of anti botul inum toxin serum, which can be administered promptly at all levels of hospital, so that patients can be treated safely and effectively in a timely manner.
