摘要:: 目的：探讨刻度尺体表定位后结合V形复位器在单侧颧弓骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法：选择单侧颧弓骨折患者40例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组（n=20）和对照组（n=20）。治疗组术前利用自制的刻度尺确定颧弓骨折断端对应的体表位点，术中利用V形复位器经口内入路完成颧弓骨折复位；对照组仅采用V形复位器经口内入路完成颧弓骨折复位。术后通过复查颧弓位片、患者张口度及面部外形恢复情况，进而评估两组手术效果并进行比较。结果：术后复查颧弓位片，对骨折复位情况及患者满意度进行比较，治疗组颧弓骨折复位效果好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：刻度尺体表定位结合V形复位器在单侧颧弓骨折治疗中可取得良好的临床效果。

Abstract:: Objective To study the reduction of unilateral zygomatic arch fracture with V-shaped reductor and personalized scale by accurate positioning. Methods Forty cases of unilateral zygomatic arch fracture were selected in the study, which were randomly divided into two groups. In the observation group 20 cases, X-ray films and accurate positioning of zygomatic arch fracture were performed before surgery by personalized scale. In the control group 20 cases, intraoral vestibular groove incision to reposition the zygomatic arch by V-shaped reductor. X-ray films, mouth opening and facial profile were measured to evaluate the thesurgical treatment and compared between the two groups. Results Comparison of the X-ray evaluation, the effect of surgical treatment and patient satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＞0.05). Conclusion V-shaped reductor combined with personalized scale can be an alternative way to achieve better treatment of unilateral zygomatic arch fracture.
