摘要:

目的：观察个体化口腔护理干预在口腔颌面部间隙感染患者中的应用效果。方法：以2019年9月-2021年5月笔者医院收治的80例口腔颌面部间隙感染患者为研究对象，依照区组随机化分组法将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组使用常规护理方法，观察组则在其基础上实施个体化口腔护理干预。比较两组症状缓解时间（红肿、发热、疼痛、功能障碍），对比干预前、干预1周后两组面部情况[中文版临床面部评价量表（Facial clinimetric evaluation ，FaCE）]以及美容心理状态[美容心理状态自评量表（Cosmetic mental state self-scale，CMSS）]，统计干预1周内两组并发症发生情况。结果：观察组红肿、发热、疼痛、功能障碍症状缓解时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预1周后，两组面部活动情况、面部问题感受及FaCE总分较干预前均有明显升高，且观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组体象障碍、心理障碍及CMSS总分较干预前均有明显降低，且观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预1周内，观察组总并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：个体化口腔护理干预能促进口腔颌面部间隙感染患者面容恢复，减轻患者美容心理压力，预防并发症发生，具有较高临床应用价值。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the application effect of individualized oral care intervention in patients with oral and maxillofacial space infections. Methods A total of 80 patients with oral and maxillofacial space infections admitted to the hospital between September 2019 and May 2021 were taken as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the block randomized grouping method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional care, and the observation group implemented individualized oral care intervention on the basis of the control group. The symptom relief time (redness, fever, pain, dysfunction), as well as facial status (FaCE) and cosmetic mental state (CMSS) before intervention and after one week of intervention were compared between the two groups. The incidence rates of complications in the two groups were statistically analyzed within one week of intervention. Results The relief times of symptoms such as redness, fever, pain and dysfunction in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). One week after the intervention, the scores of facial activity, facial problem feelings and FaCE of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The scores of body image disorders, mental disorders and CMSS were significantly decreased in the two groups compared to before intervention, and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). Within one weeks of intervention, the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Individualized oral care intervention can promote the facial recovery, relieve the cosmetic mental state, and prevent the occurrence of complications in patients with oral and maxillofacial space infections, with a high clinical application value
