目的:对比电导入水光技术与德玛莎水光技术对透明质酸透皮吸收的影响。方法:36只小鼠分为两组,每组18只。对照组使用德玛莎水光机渗透透明质酸;研究组使用台式电导入渗透透明质酸。每次每组6只,两组12只,依次于第1天,第3天和第9天处死。皮肤切片冠状面评估透明质酸导入深度,矢状面评估透明质酸颗粒面积。结果:两组皮肤表面均匀覆盖荧光层;从真皮最外层到最内层观察到多处荧光胶原分子。第1天研究组深度显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第3天研究组深度和面积显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第9天两组间深度和面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电导入水光技术具有与德玛莎水光技术相似或更优的促进透明质酸透皮吸收效果,有望获得满意的临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective This study was aimed to evaluate the transdermal absorption of hyaluronic acid (HA) to the surface of skin by Demo Electroporation compared to Derma Shine Mesotherapy using the mice as a model. Methods 36 adult mice were randomly divided into two groups, 18 in each group. In the control group, hyaluronic acid was permeabilized by Derma Shine Mesotherapy, the study group used Demo Electroporation to permeate hyaluronic acid. Six mice in each group and 12 mice in the two groups were killed on the 1st, 3rd and 9th day respectively. The depth of hyaluronic acid introduction was assessed on the coronal plane of skin sections, and the area of hyaluronic acid particles was assessed on the sagittal plane. Results Fluorescent HA molecules were detected throughout the epidermis (outermost layer) to the basal layer (innermost layer) of skin in both groups, indicating the successful delivery of HA exposure. On the first day, the depth of HA in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in area between the two groups (P>0.05). On the 3rd day, the depth and area of the study group were significantly more than those of the control group (P<0.05). On the 9th day, there were no significant difference in depth and area between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Demo Electroporation exhibits a similar and/or better role in promoting transdermal absorption of HA than Derma Shine Mesotherapy. It is expected to obtain satisfactory clinical effect
