摘要:
眶周是最早体现衰老的区域之一,其老化能很好地反映一个人的衰老程度。眶周的衰老会让人出现疲惫、沮丧或愤怒 的外观。因此,寻求眶周年轻化是就医者的重要诉求。眶周老化涉及到黑眼圈、皱纹、泪沟等多种问题,这些问题虽然已经 有各种分型、分级系统,但是眶周整体的老化还没有分级系统。本文在综述这些分型、分级系统的基础上提出了眶周老化分 级系统,比照不同分级,提出了治疗手段选项,并重点阐述了基于胶原蛋白充填剂为主的治疗方案,以期为眶周年轻化的研 究和治疗提供帮助。
Abstract:
Periorbital aging can well refl ect a person’s aging degree, and periorbital aging is also one of the earliest areas to refl ect aging. The aging around the orbit will make people look tired, depressed or angry. Therefore, seeking the lightening of the orbital anniversary is an important appeal of those seeking beauty. Periorbital aging involves many problems such as dark circles, wrinkles and lacrimal grooves. Although there are various classification systems for these problems, there is no classifi cation system for the overall periorbital aging. This paper proposes a periorbital aging grading system based on a review of these classifi cation and grading systems. Compared with different grades, the treatment options are proposed, and the treatment plan based on collagen fi llers is emphasized. It is hoped that this work can help the research and treatment of periorbital rejuvenation.
