摘要:: 目的：探讨眼罩模拟联合过渡期护理对就医者重睑术后适应及恢复效果的影响。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年12月于笔者医院行重睑术的就医者64例作为研究对象，按照入院顺序，先入院者为对照组，后入院者为观察组，每组各32例。对照组采用重睑术常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予眼罩模拟联合过渡期护理。比较两组就医者应对适应能力、自我护理能力、术后满意度及重睑效果。结果：观察组就医者术后适应能力得分为（50.72±2.81）分，高于对照组的（45.36±2.74）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组自我护理得分及各维度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组就医者满意度及重睑效果评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：眼罩模拟联合过渡期护理能够有效提高就医者术后适应能力及自我护理能力，提高手术满意度及重睑效果。

Abstract:: Objective To investigate the effect of eye mask simulation combined with transitional nursing on postoperative adaptation and recovery of patients with blepharoplasty. Methods 64 patients with blepharoplasty from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of admission, the fi rst admission was the control group, and the second admission was the observation group, with 32 patients in each group. The control group used routine care, and the observation group gave eye mask simulation combined transitional nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The coping ability, self-care ability, postoperative satisfaction and double eyelid eff ect of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative adaptation score of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than the control group (50.72±2.81 vs 45.36±2.74), the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). The scores of self-care and all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group and the score of double eyelid eff ect were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Eye mask simulation and transitional nursing can eff ectively improve postoperative adaptability and self-care ability, improve surgical satisfaction and double eyelid eff ect.
