摘要:

整形外科是外科医学与医学美学相互交叉融合的产物，医学美学教育是整形外科专科医师成长过程中的必由之路。为 提升整形外科参培专科医师的医学美学素养，北京大学第三医院成形外科在专科医师规范化培训过程中开展了一系列医学 美学教学实践。通过将医学美学教育与专业知识教授及临床实践带教有机结合起来，促进了参培专科医师医学美学素养的培 养，从而为医学美学教育在整形外科专科医师规范化培训中的实施提供参考。

Abstract:

Plastic surgery is the product of the intersection and fusion of surgical medicine and medical aesthetics. Medical aesthetics education is necessary to cultivate plastic surgery specialists. In order to explore the medical aesthetics education in specialist standardized training of plastic surgery, a series of teaching practices were carried out in the Plastic Surgery department of Peking University Third Hospital. Through the organic combination of medical aesthetics education with professional knowledge teaching and clinical practice teaching, the cultivation of medical aesthetics literacy of plastic surgeons was promoted, so as to provide reference for the implementation of medical aesthetics education in the standardized training of plastic surgery specialists.
