摘要:
目的:探讨显微镜下Parks(帕克斯)切口美容矫正术治疗成人斜视的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月收治的64 例成人斜视患者作为研究对象。所有患者采用显微镜下Parks切口美容矫正手术进行治疗,术后随访1年,对其临床治疗效果、眼 位、视功能、术后并发症进行记录分析。结果:治疗有效率为100%,治愈率为93.75%,4例患者情况好转,好转率为6.25%;术后 半年,患者的Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级功能形成比率明显高于术前;术后一年满意度96.88%,明显优于术后半年85.94%(P<0.05)。结 论:显微镜下Parks切口美容矫正术治疗成人斜视的疗效确切,外观正常,同时可提高患者生活质量,达到美学效果。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of Parks incision cosmetic surgery for strabismus in adults. Methods 64 adult strabismus patients were selected from January 2019 to December 2020.All patients were treated with Parks incision cosmetic correction operation under microscope.The clinical effect,eye position,visual function and postoperative complications were recorded and analyzed. Results The eff ective rate was 100%,the cure rate was 93.75%,the condition of 4 patients was improved,and the improvement rate was 6.25% The one-year satisfaction rate was 96.88%,which was signifi cantly higher than that of the half-year (85.94%,P<0.05). Conclusion Under the microscope,the Parks incision cosmetology correction treatment adult strabismus curative eff ect is accurate,the appearance is normal,simultaneously enhances the patient quality of life,achieves the aesthetic effect.
