目的：探讨小切口去脂联合改良式三点埋线在重睑成形术中的美学效果观察。方法：选取2020年1月-2020年12月在笔 者科室接受重睑成形术的110例就医者，采用简单随机分组将其分为观察组55例和对照组55例。对照组采用传统切开法重睑 成形术，观察组采用小切口去脂联合改良式三点埋线重睑成形术。手术后，评估两组就医者临床疗效。比较两组手术基本情 况及术后1 d、3 d、5 d和7 d的视觉模拟（Visual analogue scale，VAS）评分；记录两组就医者术后并发症发生情况； 随访6个月后，采用重睑美观度评分表评估两组就医者重睑美观度。结果：观察组术后有效率为94.55%，高于对照组的 81.82% ，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组手术切口、手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间和术后1 d、3 d、5 d 和7 d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为10.91%，低于对照组的 27.27% ，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后重睑外观形态评分、重睑皮肤感觉评分和重睑皮肤完整度及颜色评分 均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：小切口去脂联合改良式三点埋线重睑成形术具有较好的眼睑整 形修复效果，手术切口小、愈合时间短且并发症少，具有较高的重睑美学效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the aesthetic eff ect of small incision liposuction combined with modifi ed three-point buried suture in double eyelid plasty. Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing double eyelid plasty in our department were enrolled between January and December 2020. According to simple random grouping method, they were divided into the observation group (55 cases) and the control group (55 cases). The control group underwent traditional incision, while the observation group underwent small incision liposuction combined with modifi ed three-point buried suture for double eyelid plasty. After surgery, clinical curative eff ect in both groups was evaluated. The surgical basic conditions, and scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) at 1 d, 3 d, 5 d and 7 d after surgery were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of postoperative complications in both groups was recorded. After 6 months of follow-up, double eyelid aesthetics in both groups was assessed by double eyelid aesthetics scales. Results The postoperative response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (94.55% vs 81.82%), the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The surgical incision, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision healing time and VAS scores at 1 d, 3 d, 5 d and 7 d after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (10.91% vs 27.27%, P＜0.05). And scores of double eyelid appearance, skin feeling, skin integrity and skin color in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The small incision liposuction combined with modifi ed three-point buried suture has good plastic repair effect on eyelids in double eyelid plasty, with small surgical incision, short healing time and few complications, which is of high aesthetic effect of double eyelid.
