目的:探究重组人表皮生长因子(Recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)外用联合超脉冲点阵CO2激 光(Ultrapulse fractional CO2 laser,UFCL)治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效。方法:选择2020年1月-10月来笔者医院就 诊的80例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用UFCL治疗,观察 组在对照组基础上外用rhEGF,比较两组临床疗效、瘢痕改善情况(ECCA评分)及生活质量(DLQI评分),记录两组结痂时 间、红斑持续时间、疼痛持续时间、痂皮完全脱落时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.50%, 高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ECCA评分低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异 有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的红斑持续时间、疼痛持续时间、痂皮完全脱落时间均短于对照组,差异有 统计学意义(P<0.05),两组结痂时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的日常生活、症状与 感受、工作与学习、休闲娱乐、人际关系、治疗情况评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:rhEGF外用联合UFCL治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕 疗效好,能有效改善患者瘢痕状况,缩短恢复时间,提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the curative effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) for external application combined with ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser (UFCL) on facial depressed acne scars. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial depressed acne scars treated in the hospital were enrolled between January and October 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with UFCL,while observation group was treated with EGF for external application on basis of control group. The clinical curative effect after treatment,scars improvement (ECCA score) and dermatology life quality index (DLQI score) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The duration of erythema and pain,complete shedding time of scabs,scab formation time and the occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups were recorded. Results After treatment,the total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (92.50% vs 75.00%) (P <0.05).After treatment,ECCA scores in both groups were decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group (P <0.05).After treatment,duration of erythema and pain,and complete shedding time of scabs in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in scab formation time between the two groups (P >0.05).After treatment,scores of daily life,symptoms and feelings,work and study,leisure and entertainment,interpersonal relationship and treatment conditions in both groups were decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group (P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically signifi cant (P >0.05). Conclusion The curative eff ect of rhEGF for external application combined with UFCL is good on facial depressed acne scars,which can effectively improve scars of patients,shorten recovery time and improve quality of life.
