摘要:

目的：观察穴位埋线及面部围刺联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑的临床治疗效果。方法：收集气滞血瘀 型黄褐斑患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例，对照组予以Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗，治疗组在Q开关激光治疗的基 础上配合穴位埋线及面部围刺，Q开关激光治疗每月1次，穴位埋线每2周1次，面部围刺每5天治疗1次，共治疗5个月后观察 患者MASI评分、中医症候总积分及细则积分，计算皮损消退率和中医症候改善有效率。结果：两组治疗后的MASI评分均较治 疗前有明显下降（P＜0.01），治疗组效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组中医症候总积分及 细则积分均较治疗前明显下降（P＜0.01），而对照组在中医细则积分中仅面部色斑治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）， 其余均无明显改善，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗组和对照组皮损消退有效率分别为90.0%和60.0%，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组和对照组中医症候改善有效率分别为93.0%、16.6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：穴位 埋线及面部围刺结合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者，既能改善面部皮损，又能明显改善患者临床症状，优于 单纯应用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding and facial peripheral acupuncture combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser on chloasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods Collect 60 patients with chloasma, which are of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type based on syndrome differentiation, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser, and the treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding and facial peripheral acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Q-switch laser treatment was performed once a month, acupoint embedding for 14 days/time, and facial peripheral acupuncture for 5 days/time.After a total of 5 months of treatment, observe the patient’s MASI score,T cm syndrome score and sub-points,calculate the rate of skin lesion regression and the eff ective rate of TCM syndrome improvement. Results The MASI scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.01), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P＜0.05). In the TCM syndrome score and sub-points, the score of the therapy group was signifi cantly lower than before (P＜0.01).In the control group, there was a signifi cant diff erence in facial stains before and after treatment in the sub-points (P＜0.01), except that there was no signifi cant improvement, which proves that there is no statistical signifi cance (P＞0.05).The eff ective rates of skin lesions regression in the treatment group and the control group were 90.0% and 60.0% respectively (P＜0.05). The eff ective rate of TCM symptom improvement was 93.0% in the treatment group and 16.6% in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Acupoint embedding and facial periacupuncture combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser can not only improve facial skin lesions, but also signifi cantly improve the clinicalsymptoms of patients, which is better than the treatment of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser alone.
