目的:探讨案例分析法应用于整形急诊美容缝合手术进修医师带教中的作用。方法:将笔者科室近两年共50名整形外 科专业进修医师作为研究观察对象,按数字表随机法分为两组,即应用传统整形急诊美容缝合手术带教组(对照组,n=25), 以及应用案例分析法行整形急诊美容缝合手术带教组(实验组,n=25),观察两组进修医师在整形急诊美容缝合手术带教后理 论成绩、实操成绩的变化,带教后解决整形急诊创伤临床问题的自信程度评分、手术患者术后满意度等方面的差异。结果:应 用案例分析法教学后,实验组进修医师对于整形急诊创伤病例处理的理论知识掌握程度和手术操作实践成绩高于对照组进修医 师,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在带教效果评分比较中发现,实验组进修医师解决整形急诊创伤临床问题自信 程度评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对实验组患者术后满意度调查的总体评分结果达到100%,而对照组患者的 术后综合满意度评分为92%,实验组满意度高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将案例分析法应用于整形急 诊进修医师创伤美容缝合带教中,可显著提高进修医师对整形急诊创伤手术处理的理论、操作成绩,提高整形急诊进修医师处 理临床问题的自信程度,提高患者术后满意度,为提高整形急诊进修医师带教培养质量和效果提供了新的教学思路和方法。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the teaching efficacy of case analysis in advanced training of emergency surgery doctor in plastic surgery department. Methods 50 advanced doctors majoring in plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group (n=25) accepted traditional emergency teaching method of plastic surgery without case analysis, and the experimental group (n=25) accepted the case analysis method. Those two groups were observed respectively to compare the teaching efficacy in theoretical and practical performance. The self-confidence score of advanced doctors and postoperative satisfaction score of patients in each group were also compared for teaching efficacy evaluation. Results After the application of case analysis, the theoretical and practical performance of plastic emergency surgery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It was also found that the score of self-confidence of advanced doctors in the experimental group in solving clinical problem was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P <0.05).The overall score of postoperative satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 100%,while that in the control group was 92%.The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case analysis in advanced training in plastic emergency can significantly improve the theoretical, operational performance,score of self- confi dence and satisfaction score post-operation. It provided a new teaching method for improving the quality and efficacy of teaching and training for advanced doctors in emergency department of plastic surgery.
