摘要:
21世纪老龄化问题日益严重,造成了过重的医疗负担和社会成本。如何有效解决老龄化相关问题,治疗老龄化相关疾 病,已成为当今世界各国亟待解决的问题。近年来,干细胞因其分泌的活性生物成分的功能,逐渐成为抗衰老治疗的主力,其作用机制是通过其旁分泌效应实现的,而外泌体就是旁分泌效应的主要因子。外泌体作为一种双层脂质小囊泡,在介导衰老信号胞间信息传递中发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了外泌体的生物特性、外泌体与衰老的相关性,并对其在衰老相关疾病中 作用的研究进展进行了回顾,以期为外泌体延缓衰老及治疗衰老相关疾病的临床实践提供思路与参考。
Abstract:
The aging issues in the 21st century is increasingly serious, which is excessive medical burden and social costs. How to effectively solve aging-related issues and treat aging-related diseases have become problems that are urgent to solve in countries around the world today.In recent years, stem cells have become the main way of anti-aging treatment by their secreted active biological components. Its mechanism of action is achieved through its paracrine effect,and exosomes (EXOs)are the main factor of the paracrine effect. As a kind of double-layer lipid vesicles, EXOs play an important role in mediating the transmission of senescence signals between cells.We will introduce biological characteristics of exosomes, and review its role in aging-related diseases to provide ideas and references for the clinical practice of exosomes to solve aging-related issues and treat aging-related diseases.
