摘要:
目的：探究精细化护理配合光子嫩肤治疗对外伤后瘢痕患者临床疗效及心理状态的影响。方法：研究对象为2019年3 月-2021年3月笔者科室门诊接受治疗的60例头面部创伤后瘢痕形成的患者，治疗后随机分为对照组与干预组各30例，均接受 光子嫩肤治疗，共3次。其中对照组在治疗期间配合常规护理，干预组在治疗期间配合精细化护理。治疗结束后3个月对患者 进行疗效与满意度评估，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）与抑郁自评量表（SDS）对患者治疗前以及治疗结束后3个月的心理状态 进行评估。结果：干预组疗效优良率（73.33%）显著高于对照组（40.00%）（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的SAS、SDS评分均下 降，其中干预组各评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预组对瘢痕消退程度的满意度（76.67%）显著高于对照组（43.33%） （P＜0.05）。结论：精细化护理配合光子嫩肤治疗能够显著改善外伤瘢痕患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，有助于改善瘢痕外 观，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of refined nursing with photorejuvenation treatment on the clinical efficacy and psychological state of patients with post-traumatic scarring. Methods The study population was 60 patients with post traumatic scar formation on the head and face admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021.After admission,they were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group of 30 cases each,all of whom received photorejuvenation treatment for a total of 3 sessions.The control group received conventional care during the treatment period,while the intervention group received intensive care during the treatment period.Patients were assessed for effi cacy and satisfaction 3 months after the end of treatment,and their psychological status was assessed before and 3 months after the end of treatment using the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS). Results The rate of excellent effi cacy in the intervention group (73.33%) was signifi cantly higher than the control group (40.00%) (P ＜0.05).SAS and SDS scores decreased in both groups after treatment,with each score being lower in the intervention group than in the control group (P ＜0.05). Satisfaction with the degree of scar regression was signifi cantly higher in the intervention group (76.67%) than in the control group (43.33%) (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Refi ned care with photorejuvenation treatment can signifi cantly improve anxiety and depression in patients with traumatic scarring,help improve the appearance of the scar and increase patient satisfaction.
