摘要:
目的:探讨“6E”模式下健康教育在四肢软组织缺损创面皮瓣修复患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2022 年4月笔者医院收治的92例四肢软组织缺损创面皮瓣修复患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各46例,对照组给 予常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予“6E”模式下健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后认知偏差问卷(Cognitive bias questionnaire,CBQ)评分、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、应对方式问卷(Medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)评分、自我护理能力测 定量表(Exercise of self-care agencyscale,ESCA)评分及创面恢复美观程度优良率。结果:干预前,两组患者CBQ、 SAS 、SDS、MCMQ及ESCA评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组各量表评分均优于干预前,且干预组 优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组创面恢复美观程度优良率(89.13%)高于对照组(69.57%),差异 有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“6E”模式下健康教育应用于四肢软组织缺损创面皮瓣修复患者护理中,可减小患者认 知偏差,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善患者应对疾病方式,增强患者自护能力,改善创面皮肤美观效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application eff ect of health education under 6E mode in patients undergoing fl ap repair of soft tissue defects. Methods A total of 92 patients with soft tissue defects admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between April 2020 and April 2022. They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while intervention group was additionally given health education nursing under 6E mode. The scores of cognitive bias questionnaire (CBQ ),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) and exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA),and good rate of skin aesthetics recovery were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in CBQ,SAS,SDS,MCMQ and ESCA between the two groups (P >0.05). After intervention,scores of all scales in both groups were better than before intervention,and the intervention group was better than the control group,with statistical signifi cance (P <0.05). The rate of good and good wound recovery in the intervention group (89.13%) was higher than that in the control group (69.57%),and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of health education under 6E mode can reduce cognitive bias,alleviate negative emotions,improve coping styles,enhance selfcare ability and improve skin aesthetics in patients undergoing fl ap repair of soft tissue defects.
