摘要:
目的:探究微聚焦超声联合黄金微针技术在面部皮肤年轻化中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月-2022年10月在 笔者医院进行面部年轻化治疗的90例就医者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和治疗组(45例)。其中对照组给 予黄金微针治疗,治疗组给予微聚焦超声技术联合黄金微针治疗。比较两组面部年轻化疗效,面部年轻化程度[面部皱纹 量表(Facial wrinkle scale,FWS)、皱纹严重程度评价量表(Wrinkle severity evaluation Scale,WSRS)],面部 敏感状态变化(瘙痒程度量表、灼烧感程度及VISIA皮肤分析仪)及患者满意度[面部整体美容程度改善评分表(Facial overall beauty improvement scale,GAIS)]。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.56%)、总满意度(75.56%)明显高于对照组 (77.78%、55.56%)(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后FWS评分、WSRS评分、瘙痒程度评分、24 h灼烧感程度评分及 VISIA 评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微聚焦超声联合黄金微针技术用于面部皮肤年轻 化治疗可有效改善就医者面部皱纹及老化症状,缓解就医者面部不适症状,效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application eff ect of microfocus ultrasound combined with gold microneedling technology in facial skin rejuvenation. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing facial rejuvenation treatment in the author’s hospital were divided into the control group (45 cases) and the treatment group (45 cases) according to the range of random number table method. Among them, the control group was given gold microneedling treatment, and the treatment group was given microfocus ultrasound technology combined with gold microneedle treatment. The two groups were compared, including facial rejuvenation degree [Facial Wrinkle Scale (FWS), Wrinkle Severity Evaluation Scale (WSRS)], changes in facial sensitivity status (itching scale,burning sensation and visia skin analyzer) and overall beauty [Facial overall beauty improvement scale (GAIS)]. Results The total eff ective rate (95.56%) and total satisfaction (75.56%) of the treatment group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group (77.78% and 55.56%) (P <0.05). Compared with the pre-treatment group, the FWS score, WSRS score, itching degree score, 24-hour burning degree score and VISIA score were reduced after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The microfocus ultrasound combined with gold microneedling technology can eff ectively relieve facial discomfort and improve facial rejuvenation in patients with facial skin rejuvenation, and the eff ect is remarkable.
