摘要:

目的：探索细化基质血管成分胶（Stromal vascular fraction gel，SVF-gel）对女性就医者面部年轻化的临床效 果。方法：选择2021年3月-2021年9月于洛阳孔繁荣医疗美容门诊部就诊的有面部年轻化并有吸脂减肥需求的70例女性就医 者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，各35例。两组就医者均抽取需吸脂减肥部位的脂肪组织，并制备细化 SVF-gel ，实验组就医者面部注射5～10 ml细化SVF-gel，对照组就医者面部注射5～10 ml透明质酸钠，术后给予相同的面部 护理措施。注射前及注射后1、3个月，使用VISIA皮肤测试仪采集面部数据，并对两组数据进行比较。结果：治疗前，两组 就医者VISIA各指标评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后1、3个月，实验组就医者面部皮肤斑点、皱纹、红色 区、纹理的VISIA评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），而两组就医者面部皮肤褐斑、毛孔、UV斑、卟啉的VISIA评分比较差异无统计学 意义（P＞0.05）。结论：细化SVF-gel在改善就医者面部斑点、皱纹、红色区、纹理方面与透明质酸钠相比有显著优势。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the therapeutic eff ect of refi ned stromal vascular fraction gel on facial rejuvenation of beauty seekers. Methods From March 2021 to September 2021,70 female patients who had facial rejuvenation and liposuction to lose weight in Luoyang Kong Fanrong Medical Cosmetology Outpatient Department were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were injected with 5-10 ml of refi ned SVF-gel on the face,and the patients in the control group were injected with 5-10 ml of sodium hyaluronate on the face. The same facial care measures were given after surgery. Before injection,1 month and 3 months after injection,the facial data were collected by VISIA skin tester,and the data of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the scores of VISIA between the two groups (P ＞0.05). At 1 and 3 months after treatment,the VISIA scores of facial skin spots,wrinkles,red area and texture in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05),while there was no signifi cant diff erence in VISIA scores of facial skin brown spots,pores,UV spots and porphyrin between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The targeted injection of refined SVF-gel has a significant advantage over sodium hyaluronate in improving facial spots,wrinkles,red areas and texture of beauty seekers.
