摘要:
目的：通过Meta分析系统评价将富血小板血浆（Platelet rich plasma，PRP）运用于面部年轻化疗法的安全性和有 效性。方法：用计算机从多个数据库中全面搜索使用PRP对面部年轻化进行治疗相关的随机对照实验，对有关论文进行筛 查、评估和信息提取后，再使用Rev Man 5.3软件，对新纳入的论文进行Meta分析。结果：共甄选出了16篇符合纳入规范标准 的研究论文，共包括了945例就医者，并根据诊断结果进行了Meta分析，研究结果表明，试验组与对照组相比，在面部色斑/ 斑点[MD=-6.05，95%CI（-9.16，-2.94）]、面部水分[MD=6.19，95%CI（1.67，10.72）]和就医者满意度[OR=0.17，95%CI （0.08，0.37）]、改善疗效情况[OR=0.13，95%CI（0.06，0.25）]、不良反应发生率[OR=0.29，95%CI（0.17，0.50）]方 面，差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：经Meta分析，将PRP应用于面部可改善皮肤情况，提高就医者满意度和治疗 效果，减少不良反应发生率，但未来仍需大规模、多中心的试验进一步证实。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the safety and effi cacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of facial rejuvenation by meta-analysis. Methods Randomized controlled trials related to PRP treatment for facial rejuvenation were comprehensively searched from multiple databases by computer. After screening, evaluation and information extraction of relevant studies, Rev Man5.3 software was used to conduct meta-analysis of the included studies. Results We identifi ed 16 studies including a total of 945 subjects for Meta-analysis. Meta-analysis of the treatment results showed that facial spots [MD=-6.05,95%CI(-9.16,-2.94)], facial moisture[MD=6.19,95%CI(1.67,10.72)], the satisfaction rate of patients [OR=0.17,95%CI(0.08,0.37)], treatment eff ect [OR=0.13,95%CI(0.06,0.25)], incidence of adverse reactions [OR=0.29,95%CI(0.17,0.50)], the difference was statistically signifi cant, P ＜0.01. Conclusion According to the meta-analysis, PRP applied to face can improve state of skin, the satisfaction rate of patients, treatment eff ect, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. However, large-scale, multi-center trials are needed to further confi rm this conclusion.
